HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Currently we average 3 business days to fulfill and ship out orders! Pickup orders may be fulfilled within 24 hours depending on if within business hours. 

I DON’T LOVE MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

We allow returns within 7 days of purchase, unless items are final sale. Please use the contact form or dm us on instagram if you wish to return an item. If an item is returned the price of the item will be refunded or we can issue a gift card for store credit.

SOMETHING DIDN’T FIT RIGHT...CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

We can do exchanges based on availability. To know if an exchange is available contact us ASAP! 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM SHIPPED/ IS READY FOR PICK UP?

When orders are ready for pick up, or have been shipped you will receive an email and or text depending on the method you selected at checkout. If you believe there has been too long of a wait on shipping please contact us asap so we can check the status of your order.
